A Million Reasons To Be Thankful

As Thanksgiving quickly approaches, I can't help but consider the multitude of blessings I have to be thankful for this year. I have been so blessed in so many ways and am thankful for each and everyone of them! Below I have created a list of my top 10.

5. Successful move to Blacksburg, VA

7. Never having to go hungry... I loove food!
8. The oppurtunity to go to college (GO VOLS!)

"Perfect. Just the way God made it" was a phrase I was raised on. 

Generally, this was my Dad's way of rejecting whatever piercing, diet, hair coloring, or any other form of body modification I may have been requesting at the time. Recently, though, this phrase has taken on a whole new meaning to me. 

As spring approaches, I cant help but notice by dad's little phrase plastered all over the runways and store fronts! Raw woods, natural fabrics, and organic shapes are everywhere this season. Lucky for me, I was tipped off on this craze by my earth mother parents long before it had even started! Lucky for you, I have carried on this little family mod-o and incorporated natural gemstones, raw cuts, and organic shapes in many of my designs. 

I hate to admit it out loud but, my dad was right. 

Somethings ARE perfect just the way god made them!

Humble Beginnings

What started as a daydream has slowly become my reality over last few months. I have always known I wanted to own my own company but, never knew how to bring my dream to fruition. Finally, with a tremendous amount of support and encouragement from my friends and family, I decided to go forth with my dream.

I took all the creative skills God gave me and stretched them to their fullest capacities. I struggled and stumbled but after great deal of hard work my vision came to life. Every step of this experience has been so special to me! I have learned a lot about business and even more about myself.

From creating my first business cards to photographing my final designs, I invested everything. Every meticulous detail has been worked through and a little piece of my heart has been invested into each. So after many hours of hard work and deliberation, I am finally ready to show the world just what these hands can do!
